So easy to use

I have used this software for years & H & R has never let me down. It is a clean & easy way to file taxes with plenty of info & explanations along the way for questions someone may have. I love it!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Acceptable overall - but a BIG GLITCH on e-filing

The software in general was OK: Consistent with prior years. Thorough, easy to use & pulled data from accessible & prior files for faster input.
The e-filing feature experienced a BIG GlITCH & the H&R Block "HELP" resources were a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

This software has worked very well for me over the past 5 years. I have not had any audits or been questioned about the returns filed. But there are certain parts of the software where I have to go over and over too ensure I understand it correctly.
Pros: Fast

Very disappointed

I found the program very user unfriendly and not at all intuitive. Instructions written poorly and getting help impossibly. 90% of question I asked were answered "no match found ". found some help by outside sources. The one remaining question unanswered is, what forms must I send to Missouri state revenue? I used Turbo Tax last year and wasn't found of it either but at the end of the process it did give me a list of forms I needed to mail in my state return. Not sure what I'll do need year I might go back Turbo Tax. I gave it one star only because it was required.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
