Straightforward and Logical

Only a few instances where I had to amend a few forms that software directed me to during the Accuracy Review Phase. If you bring all your paperwork to the table that you would have when sitting in front of an Accountant, the software guides you quite well.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Good Overall But Lacks Explanation of Calculations

Works well when straightforward but is difficult to review behind-the-scenes calculations. Worksheet for estimated taxes is useless since it only accounts for tax withholding already paid.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

You really should consider offering one free state e-file with the Deluxe software. You offer 5 free federal e-files. Who uses all those? One free federal and one free state would make me a much happier customer. And I have used H & R Block software since 1996!

I've been using this product for 20 years, or maybe longer. It used to be called TaxCut. It was great then, and it's great now. It sure beats doing your taxes by hand on paper, or any other way.
