probelm with state filing

Generally pleased, as usual. Had a problem adding state e filing add on. Kept telling me to fix something that review did not show as an issue. Instructions not helpful. I gave up and filed on paper which in Pa. means about a six month wait. Product should include state filing or at least instructions that work.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Preparing taxes is very good. I was able to efile Federal taxes. Excellent. However, Preparing my Wisconsin taxes. Preparing taxes was very good. However, I was not able to efile. I had to print my Wisconsin tax forms and mail in.

I bought the premium edition and was quite happy to find it was very easy to use! I forgot to activate the program, the chat button took me to a representative who texted me a temporary code which activated my program! All the forms I needed were used as needed! Only the healthcare.gov from wasn't available. All else was a good experience!

I had trouble entering a Qualified Charitable Distribution. The right questions weren’t coming up. I found I had to uncheck then recheck the boxes on the 1099-R for the IRA, then the right questions came up. If you enter something incorrectly, then you have to do that again, or you can’t see what you entered.
