The software is easy to use and guides the user through the entire process. If you have all your tax documents ready, it only takes about an hour, or less, to complete both Fed and State.

I like the H&R Block software in that I've used it for years, and I'm used to the interface. The drawbacks include price and the requirement to pay more if I have any tax questions. I would suggest allowing one or two interactions with a tax expert to be included in the price of the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
