I thought the product worked well but was disappointed with the integrations with financial service firms. I have used Turbo Tax in the past and had no issues connecting with Merrill Lynch and Ally to download all of the forms but ended up having to type in a lot of manual information. I will be going back to Turbo Tax next year.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been a satisfied H&R Block customer for about ten years. I have relied on both the federal and Colorado state versions to quickly and accurately file my returns and ensure a prompt refund. I'm not giving it full stars because the program still has a bug that causes an erroneous entry in the Social Security reporting.

Easy to use. Only one thing I noticed that appeared wrong is when I entered that i was a senior. Itizen,I did not see where it deducted a other 12,000 off my income
