Your software is quite user friendly. This was my first time, so a bit frustrating until I got the hang of it. I do feel you ripped my off when you charged me for the MA state filing. 60 Minutes had a piece suggesting it should have been free.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Each year I rely on H&R Block tax software to accurately prepare & file our taxes. The interface remains consistent from year to year even as the underlying regulations are refined. This year our son used it for the first time to prepare his taxes himself and was pleased by its ease of use.

First time and last time user. Stupid errors kept me in endless loops and prevented me from e-filing. I appreciate a heads up if something looks weird in my return, but my W-2 says what my W-2 says. The system doesn't give the option to waive "errors". It is a clunky system and I have zero confidence it did an accurate job.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
