We usually do Turbo Tax. Bought this because we didn't have Windows 11. It wasn't quite as easy as Turbo Tax; but that could have been because of the differences of approaching questions along the way.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

E-filed taxes about 6 weeks ago. No return yet. HR Block didn't update the software in accordance with an executive order that requires direct deposit. The HR Block software still had a paper check as an option and didn't find out about the executive order until I got a letter from IRS.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the download version of H&R Block software. I have been using this software for several years and have been very pleased with it. It is easy to use and have had no issues with electronic filing. Have had to wait for update to complete part of tax input.
