This software is very easy to use and intuitive. It guides you through most of the questions you need to answer. Since I only had retirement and investment income, I did not get into what may be some of the trickier details such as how to calculate both refundable or non refundable credits.

I never have had so much trouble with H and R block.
I have already sent in my daughters taxes and it still shows not filed.

That it is very easy to navigate and non-intimidating. I like how it provides more information when you’re not sure how to answer so you can make an informed decision. I also felt that it was very thorough in exploring all possible areas of deductions. This is my 3rd year using H&R Block software and have already recommended it to many friends.

I’ve used the H&R Block Software for 3 years now. It is very user friendly and easy to use. There are checks at the end that shows any possible problems and how to check them. It’s great!
