I've used H&R Block software for the past 5 years. I've always felt secure that I was getting the best refund possible and that my refund was properly prepared. It is so simple. It only took me about 40 minutes to complete the filing. The longest was determining whether to itemize or take standard deduction. The software made it easy for me to throw in some high ball guestimates of possible deduction to determine the Standard Deduction was the way to go. Cleared out the deduction guestimates and done. Electronically filed and in five weekdays I had my refund! Too easy

Product is good and use it every year. This year you had a bug in the software with the 8962 form not allowing e file until the fix was implemented innovate February delaying ability to file
