Program is easy to input data into for my taxes. It has good explanations on specific subjects. One drawback is the Data Verification sections is not very helpful. One verification that popped up for me was my name. Why would the program need me to verify my name on a later stage form. Also once I looked at the at the Data Verification inquiry, the program did not clear out the verification query. Lastly, understand charging extra for additional state programs, however, it was a surprise when the program told me I had to pay additional amounts for e-filing my state that came with the program. If ANY state charges will apply you should print that an "Additional State charge may apply to e-file State taxes" so customers are not blindsided by it.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using this software for several years. This is the first year the program was able to retrieve the previous year's returns data. 90% of the software's directions were easy to follow. One peeve I had this year is the Accuracy section. I could not get the program to advance once the verifications were completed. I called the help line (888) 482-9288 to get help with this and the young lady put me on hold and I went into the wait queue. Never got an answer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
