I was able to complete my income tax forms and send them in January 28, 2026. I received my federal refund Early February. and the state refund in May. I was elated. The only problem I had was that i missed the California "Direct Deposit" some ware in the "Program". Otherwise, everything went great. Thank you.

You must look at Virginia software and fix it!

You have a real glitch with the Virginia software. Someone needs to fix the exemptions for over 65! It is not an automatic exemption. You need to calculate the federal adjusted gross income before giving someone a 65 and over exemption. Calculations are required and are not used in your software.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Software is easy to use and search for forms and questions. Uploading tax documents was quick, secure, and easy. (Apx 2 years ago, the software had a glitch that did not allow uploading of tax forms - a serious problem - this has since been corrected.
