Federal program didn't carry forward the correct amount. Had to manually correct the number.
State program, which guaranteed that it was 100% accurate, was audited by the state. They found an error.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The product is good, however I had difficulty getting assistance with a problem which was that I could not run an update.
The problem was that I had 2 copies of the program due to a problem loading the original one. I finally after much frustration trying to get someone to talk to, deleted the original and the update ran OK.
