Even though I ended up owing taxes, the ease of the program made it easy to get through.

Federal excellent, AL state mixed

Both federal and state worked fine, but program doesn't support efiling state of Alabama. Would rate both federal and state with 5 stars if state could be efiled.

I’ve been using HR Block software for a while, the interview style is easy and accurate. I’ve never had a problem with loading, updating, or transmission to the IRS. Never had an audit either :)
