I'm spoiled! Taxes are never fun to do, but H&R block software makes it a lot less painful. I ran into a little glitch with trying to e-file and got quick, efficient and very caring assistance. I was done in a day. (I learned a long time that doing your filing in a shoe-box, is not the way to go.) Having each year's info carried over to the new software saves me hours and less chance I'll miss something.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Been using H&R Block software for years, but was disappointed this year that the age limit for the RMD was not updated. This forced me to do research to make sure the software was really wrong. But would still recommend the software as we have been happy with it.
