Pros: Very good software program for preparing taxes. Cons: Could use clearer instructions on exactly which paperwork and the exact forms need to be sent to State. When printing, some of the addirional forms needed to be printed individually, to match exact 2019 forms needed by state.

Cons: Time consuming

I only had problem navigating program in beginning;
I e-filed my Federal and Ohio Income returns . Did it automatically efile my School District
Return? It didn't say anything about school district Income Tax was e-filed.
