Our experience is lacking

Both our State and Federal returns were accepted. Federal accepted Thursday January 30, 2020 and the state was accepted Friday January 31, 2020. We received our State refund within the 21 day time period but we have yet to receive the Federal refund. None of the tracking methods provided by H&R Block are of any help. THUS, WE ARE VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SOLFTWARE AND H&R BLOCK

Better for federal than state. Some info not carried over from last year. If you try and compare joint filing v. married filing separately, you will lose some data and have to input it again.
