Workable but needs refining

I bought this a few weeks ago and finally made it to the end.
What needs work:
1. It could not find last years Turbo-Tax data for both Fed. and state returns.
2. It printed out several pages for NY filers and I needed only VA.
3. It did not allow 2 sided printing, I received 49 pages of mostly empty pages.
4. It did not automatically provide info for next years estimated Fed. tax.
5. The worksheet pages were too long to fit on an 8.5" x 11" page, so more wasted paper.
What needs work:

Great software for taxes

For years I used TurboTax, then one year it would not calculate a refund. I always get a refund because of my church donations, home loan interest, etc. Failing all efforts to calculate a refund, I tried H&R Block software, and have been happy with it for the last 4 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare
