Only 80% of the data loaded when using the import function. Software allowed for a max of 5 digit pin while the IRS submitted a 6 pin.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Product but whats up with the processing fee

Used this product for years. Overall good Product but whats up with the processing fee when paying your taxes via credit card. It's outrageous. Who gets that fee? It wasn't clear that there was this fee until almost to the very end.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H&R Block software is easy to use and I feel confident in getting the maximum refund. It is constantly being updated and there is online assistance available. It is the lowest cost tax software available. I have been using it for years.

In general, this software is easy to use, particularly is you have what will be an easy return to file. My only complaint is that there is a section on Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) when including 1099R funds/annuities in your income. But there is really no clear explanation about what this is and how it is calculated. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this software.

As usual, the software performed flawlessly and made quick work of completing and filing my Federal and State income Tax Returns. I have used H&R Block software now for many many years, going back to at least 2005. I've never had any problem from the IRS about my Tax Returns in all these years. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way!

This tax-prep software works as advertised. I've been using this H&R Block version yearly for over 20 years and have not had any problems. The navigation between different tax-topics can sometimes become awkward but that may be due to the complexity of the tax-code itself.
