Long Term Dissability Issues

Needs better guidance for Long Term Disability and Social Security Disability on where to add and not add info for both Federal and state. Such as is it additional income or W2. etc.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Nearly useless. There was an error with my return that your program barely explained and asked for another $30 when I tried to select the option to ask for help. In the end, Google was more informative and helpful with finding out what was wrong and correcting it. Then I just had to print it out and mail it in because your program did not have the option to include the extra form I needed to have for it to be accepted.
Edit: Ha. Even your "Submit Review" option doesn't work properly. If I could rate you lower than one star, I would.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Importing my W2 with a state employer id with no dash lead to me being locked out of my saved file once the NY state add on was installed. I had to re enter federal inputs all over again.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rejected by IRS

I had to submit 3 times before acceptance. The first rejection was per instructions to send the first submission, which was rejected. Then I sent the second submission which contained a different AGI I calculated, which was rejected. Then I followed up by submitting the last submission for 2018 which was finally accepted. This AGI was the final submission I had made, not the first per instructions. I found it pays to check all submissions which means I didn't do it right the first time in my tax return submission. You might want to include this in your instructions.

Cons: Hard to prepare

Fonts are to Small

I have been using H&R Block for more than two decades; as far back as when it was called TaxCut. It has great features, but the fonts have gotten much smaller and very diffficult to see. If this continues, I am afraid I will have to discontinue the use of this software.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My copy of nys IT201 tax return that i e-filed did not show that i elected to have electronic fund withdrawal even though i filled in the required information on line 83. Return was accepted by NYState.
