This is a very complicated software. It is not easy to navigate like Turbo Tax. It takes a long time to download as well. Turbo Tax takes about 5 minutes!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I generally liked the program. The only problem I had was guessing what to do with QCD charitable disbursements from my retirement accounts. There was no place to input the QCD amount or any reference to QCD in the help for the program.

I have used this for last 5 tax years. Very easy tax software to use. Interview questions are easy to follow. Also, imports prior tax information so easier to complete the following year. Cheaper than Turbo Tax, but just as effective.

I have used HR Block tax software for the past seven years or so. I like it because it is simple to use and fairly quick. I e-file, which gets me my refund much quicker than sending in paperwork and waiting for a check. Very happy with this product.
