Sending in just the state or the fed, not both

There are times when you need to send in just the state or the fed. That way you can send in the one to get a refund and pay off the other one.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve used H&R Block for years and never had any issues with the IRS. In fact, each year, they improve their program to make it easier to use and find more information. I strongly endorse their Federal and State filing programs.

I am a 8 year user . I have had good luck using their programs, from the question and answer to just going straight to a specific form. I tend to find something and stick with it until It lets me down. So far I'm happy. I haven't needed to use the online support so I cant comment on it.
