With most Americans using the healthcare marketplace, it is a huge deficiency in the deluxe with state software that it does not calculate percentage of advanced premium payments.

Found a software bug that Block refused to fix.

I used TurboTax for 30 years until this year when it would only work with Windows 11 which I refuse as this point to use. The H&R Block software didn't have that restriction, so I obtained it. Everything went fine until the final validation when I received an error that on Form 5329, lines 53b was incorrect and to fix it. The error was "Calculations of form 5329, line 54a and 54b are not available in the update. You'll have to wait for future update to file your return." I waited almost 7 weeks for an update and nothing. I called and finally talked to someone who said, "wait 3 days." The calculation on that line was 100% correct per the instructions. This is a bug as far as I can see and should have been pretty simple to fix but they did nothing. I am extremely disappointed with the inability to get help for this problem. I finally just printed it anyway and mailed the Fed form in. Very disappointed.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
