It Is mostly user friendly, but uses so much paper. I want the work sheets but some are blank . Also,it does not let me fill in the amount for the estimate forms. Not everyone needs that extensive work sheet.

Easy to use and I trust the results. Not always easy to understand the worksheets so you have to believe that the program correctly implements the tax laws. Electronic filing is great.

Poor performance and in the end costly

You screwed up- after I finished my return (and while I was out of the room) all of the inputs were erased!!! The state filing fee is unreasonable. The program kept moving my misc income from one location to another and included it twice.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
