I have been using H & R tax preparation software since 1997 when it was called Tax Cut. I wouldn't think of going back to manually (pencil & paper) preparing my tax's. No more shuffling papers to find the right answers to the wrong questions. H & R has taken the mystery out it ( like: is that what they want?). Thanks for all your help, I look forward to taking care of "doing the tax's". see you next year!!We

Yes it worked good for me except every year I have to delay my numbers in my Bank account due to the way you break up State and Federal payments and transfer fees. I don't worry about it though. I just balance everything out from my Monthly Bank statement.

The product this year was not as straight forward to use as in the past. Example the planning tool indicated it needed to be updated before use and the link to update needs attention (as where is the link).

Not as user friendly as TurboTax. Wouldn’t upload last year’s tax info and didn’t automatically calculate quarterly taxes. Your survey doesn’t want to hear negative feedback.
