This is the first year that I had my Federal efile "REJECTED" since 2014. It was a result of my error on a single digit of a Payor ID Number. I just wish the rejection error messages would have identified what copy of the 1099R was creating the rejection. Would have saved my frustration after having to submit 9 times before acceptance.

QBI prior loss carryover issue

The software was easy to use; however, AI Help and other help was not always useful or available. Specifically, for a carryover of QBI prior year loss for a business. This meant I had to print a separate form to report the carryover and in turn, print my Federal Return (two times) once for the Feds and once for my State return. I would have preferred to file electronically.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
