So many questions. Importing of 1099s did not work at all this year. None of them. Got all the way through to state taxes and only found out then I can't use the software for a non-resident HI state tax return? Why not?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I think it's quite good. It seems to account for everything. My one annoyance is that in certain spots it requires you to manually enter numbers though the accurate check. If it knows that much, you would think it could drop on those figures for you.

Twice I have entered the Federal information and have processed the Federal return. However, I have not been able to process the state return. I have tried to access the state and the Federal file disappeared.
