Confusing instructions regarding noncash donations

The software was confusing and may be incapable of propering filing a tax return electronically based on donations that I made. The instructions were not clear. I ended up providing additional money to the US Treasury avoid any possibility of an underpayment, but did not fully understand the rules based on instructions within the software.

H&R Block 2019 too $$$ and poor on multi-state

Too many extra fees. I have been a long time user of H&R Block and the fee structure - paying for state filings, paying full retail price for state downloads, has become too expensive and not fully disclosed at time of purchase. I will be switching next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
