The software calculated my SE for me which was great. And then put the number (that I don't understand) in a place in my return.. I had to correct this before I could E-File. I could not. So I had to file by mail. How can your software create a mistake and expect me to fix?

The federal part was very good. The Maryland State part had a couple of things where it said "we don't cover that", where I didn't know how to proceed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this software many years and it has a major problem this year. I imported my mother's 2024 taxes (which were a joint return with her late husband who died in 2024). The IRS instructions are crystal clear that she should file a single return in 2025 since she was a widow at the start of the year,. Your stupid tax software won't let me do that after importing last year's return. I get a message on the software saying we see Richard died in 2025. You should file jointly for 2025. NOT TRUE.
