I've been using H&R Block Software for several years. It's easy to navigate. The "Save your work reminders" prevent too hasty exiting of the program that would require re-work. Seamless transfer of data from earlier returns speeds work completion.

I've been using this software for over a decade (since back when it was called TaxCut), and have always had great results with little difficulty. The program is easy-to-use and guides you through a series of questions to maximize your return or make sure you aren't paying more than you need to. Great online resources and they even have real, live people who will answer your call if you have any questions or if you have any technical difficulties.
