Program was okay. The wrap up at the end leads to many loops that are difficult to escape from and difficult to get back in and do things like print. I initially opted to e-file the federal form and then wanted to print the state forms to mail in. I went round and round to get to the print page. I finally got it printed, and then wanted to go back and see about e-filing the state forms also. This is an almost impossible task. I spent many minutes trying to get there, but couldn’t. I will take another afternoon and attempt to locate the state e-file page. Very confounding and frustrating. There are also errors that pop up in the accuracy check that are ridiculously difficult to clear. Some of the “yellow” ones I could not ever clear.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Needs Better Contractor Guidance

Most of the instructions were straight forward and simple, which I greatly appreciated. As a first-time contractor, however, I struggled with the provided guidance on that topic. I think a "First Time Contractor?" aid would be very helpful, since the process is not intuitive.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Bought the State package and it will not launch. When I try to do my state taxes it requires me to update the application. When I do this, it puts me in a loop. Says it can't update and then requires me to update to proceed. Help menu did not offer any solutions.
