I've used this software for years and am mostly satisfied. It can be a bit wonky if you skip around at all. The cost to file a state return is ridiculous, and even worse is to use your federal refund to pay for it. Not sure why they even include it as an option.

I got the SW when it was on sale and it was a great value. It makes the whole process of getting all the relevant information from prior year and e-filing very easy. For some reason the SW seemed to take much longer than before to load but once loaded it was fine.
