Had some difficulty. I paid foreign taxes. Filling out forms was difficult. I followed your instructions. Then during the review you found mistakes and i had to do them over. I only came back to your software since Turbotax will not run on windows 10. Next year I will upgrade to Windows 11.

Took away ability to import data from my financial provider. Took much longer than before to complete my taxes. Loss of feature was not advertised. Will not be using in the future as I will switch tax products.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Almost perfect for the first time in 20 years.

I have always given HR Block a 5 star review for the past 20 years. This year I have to give it a four because of two problems. We purchased a 2024 Ford Escape Plug Hybrid. The software did not know that they federal tax credit for this car expired in 2023. Additionally, I have to file an amended North Carolina return. The software will not allow me to submit an amended return online.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!
