Difficult to size on computer screen, Causes navigation problems if you have wrong display size. Asks too many stupid questions that you have to answer yes or no to proceed. Not everyone is ignorant of tax law.

I find the software easy to use. I like that it picks up data from my previous year's return and fills in lines on my current year's return, thus saving me time. I especially like that I can transfer data from my financial institution directly to my return and it plugs the numbers in to all the appropriate places. Amazing !!
