I have used this for several years. It works well, but mMy main complaint would be that the screen image needs to be larger.

Easy to use once I got help getting my IRS IP PIN

Extremely frustrating having to chase down a Payer's TIN for my SSA 1099. A very nice Tax Rep at one of your offices in Tucson was a huge help. I wish I had her name. Got zero response from your on-line wizards. Very disappointed. Successfully submitted my Fed & state returns. A buddy helped me with the IRS website. I will continue to use HRB software. I was the dog chasing his tail.

Cons: Time consuming
