I always trust it to guide me through everything I need to do and everything I need to substantiate. This year, the return was particularly easy and it is always a great bonus when the electronic submissions is accepted by the IRS.

3 times I had to pull up the government form online so I could read the original text. HR Block makes forms MORE confusing and less clear, often simply omitting details. Why am I using software at all if it's worse than the free paper forms?
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I bought the program. I really like it but when I tried to send my daughter's e-file, I couldn't because the password had expired. That was very disappointing to me as I have always been able to send her return with no problem. Very disgusted!!
