The software worked fine for doing my taxes, but the software upgrade system kept failing. I ended up having to find the updaters on the site and doing it manually. I also think you should be able to change a page without having to go through the entire section.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I've used the H&R tax software for at least the past 15 years and am satisfied with the product. If there's anything I'd ask to be added would be reference to the IRS publication should the user want to investigate more on a particular item of income or expense other that what the "Learn" drill down provides.

I have used this product for years. I was very confused with the question concerning the annuity that I get a yearly distribution from. My account holder gives me what I am supposed to receive as per Federal tax rules, yet it asked about something when I was 73 years old. Made no sense and neither did the explanation.
