Repeat user, but still had trouble with the pre-RMD/Charitable Contribution lines. They need to be clearer.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Getting Worse

H&R was previously notably better than Turbo Tax. No more. They do not support importing from Merrill. What a waste of time when you have to manually import when you have wash sales and/or multiple forms and accounts.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your software is very expensive for what you get...Because of my age, i am going to have VITA (That is a gov free software)...been using this for 6 years, give us a bargain deal next year...
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Could be better. Some of the features are not clear and I found myself wondering what was next.
The explanations are somewhat vague. Maybe it is me but when I read an explanation I still wasn't sure what to do and so I guessed what to do.
