The only issue was the program thought I needed to attach a pdf to submit my return. The problem wasI have no idea why and what pdf to attach. So I created a random pdf attached it and apparently submitted successfully.

Needs to handle K-1 forms much better. The inquiry just doesn't get into the details completely and you don't have the ability to input all the information on K-1's into the program

WAITING, Bueler, Bueler... Bueler!

Waited a LONG time for updates that allowed me to complete my return. Separately, I considered filing for an extension while waiting for the update. When I went to the screen to prepare the extension request, the program expected me to enter all my personal data on this form. The program had all the information already. My return was OPEN! Why can't this program autofil and then ask me to check? Please don't say it doesn't work like that or some other weak excuse-IT SHOULD WORK LIKE THAT--CHANGE IT!!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had purchased the Deluxe option, which included one state refund; however, after many frustrating attempts, I learned that it did not include e-filing for the state return. This was not stated clearly from the outset.

I decided to try this software. At the end, it said See you next year! Only if hell freezes over. It's hard to read, poor font and interface. It said repeatedly I was going to incur penalties for this or that, then, correctly, it would say, well, no, you're not. It can't handle a consolidated 1099. It won't create a state schedule to include all the info needed (had to create it without this program). It can't use the data you input to project estimated taxes, it just brings up the federal form for you to re-enter the data. It can't even do that for the state. You might as well do your taxes completely yourself, you'd save money and feel better about it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
