Your software is very expensive for what you get...Because of my age, i am going to have VITA (That is a gov free software)...been using this for 6 years, give us a bargain deal next year...

Very difficult to load for someone who is not real computer literate.. It was better when I could just slip a disk in and press "enter"
The blue type is much harder to read than black type, especially for tired eyes. Also world appreciate a larger font.

I bought The HR Block Deluxe several month's ago with an online discount. I've used this HR Block Deluxe program with OK results for several years now primarily for the convenience of E-filing. However this year I ran into a snag E-filing that I couldn't resolve. This involved a supposed error relating to one of my 1099-R forms Payer ID number. Even after verifying all the numbers and passing HR Blocks final reviews, every attempt to E-file was rejected. Also, I feel HR Block's cost to E-file my State form is excessive and I'll just file both federal and state returns by mail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
