The product is easy to use and help is always available in several formats. FAQ's and Chat!
Easy to navigate along with the pop out explanations.

NO one knows the price of these tax SW packages until you're knee deep into the return. They sure aren't free but you don't find out the cost till you're a half hour into the process. That sucks.
