I loved this program; only wish it came with a paid state e-file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used H&R for years and am comfortable using it, although portions are not entirely intuitive. It is thorough and especially good for filing federal returns. The charge for filing state returns is, however, exorbitant.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Almost as easy as usual. There was one entry that should have been made from the previous year that I had to hand enter. Otherwise as good as previous.

Direct Deposit Issue

Had issues trying to have refunds direct deposit this year. Never had this issue in the past versions of this software. Had to chose mailed checks
