Been using the software for years. Gets more intuitive every year - easier to use. Support is excellent for federal and state returns. E-filing is a nice addition, including follow-up status emails.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Long time user but this year had many problems using it this year. Correction were difficult to make and would not be allowed by the program. Could not find my state to buy and it would not file even though it past the accuracy review.

H&R Block software is very straightforward and well designed. The medical deduction section needs a mileage deduction calculator. The state add-on programs need to have form software for witholding underpayment.
