Confusion

I just updated (Mar 23, 2020) "My 2019 taxes" and the screen showed I have not e-filed yet. In my e-mail there are two messages sent from H&R Block approx 2 weeks ago. Message #1 stated my return was filed. Message #2 stated, "The IRS has accepted my return." So, what's up?
Cons: Time consuming

You have added a charge for depositing momey in the bank. It is an exorbitant amount and I don't like it. I also do not think you should charge for filing the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used thid product for years. Prefer over Turbotax. It's also cheaper than Turbo. Never have had a problem with the software. Can't say the same for Turbo.

Tho my taxes have gotten more complicated the program seems to manage them well. As a longtime user I am glad the software have evolved with changes in law and my situation.

Tax preparation software was easy to use and flexible. I enjoy being able to start my return and pick up where I left off. Importing from a previous years return is a time saver as well.

I am recently divorced and haven't done my own taxes in 14 years. This made it so easy. If I had questions, clicking on the question icon explained it thoroughly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
