Whit was very confusing using the softwear when filing for two states. The programs do not talk to each other and i spent hours trying to figure out what the program was asking me to input from one state to the other. Im confident i screwed up my taxes royally.

I have used this software for over 20 years and always have been completely satisfied until this year. I receive a federal pension on a CSA1099R form, but because of money taken out of my monthly benefit the form does not show the taxable amount of my gross benefit. Until this year, your software automatically computed the taxable amount for me. This year, however, the software failed to do that and instructed me to make the calculation myself using IRS forms and worksheets, a very difficult thing to do. I consider this change to be a failing in the software that I was not prepared for.
