I've used it for over 7 years and I really feel it is easy to use and explains each amount to be entered and each amount being used. The only thing I would add to it is the ability to e-file the state form without cost.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I have used H&R Block for many years and like it because it fills in last year's data. However I wanted to Delete a trial return and could not find a way to that. Would like that option.

Not as easy to use as Turbo Tax

When trying to file with an installment plan for taxes due, kept getting error msg saying that the amount paying with return didn't match what showed on form 9465. I checked 15 times over a one half hour period, and it did match, even tried changing the dollar amount, then gave up and switch to pay by credit card. Then it allowed me to e-file. Will not use again
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Setup is too complicated. CD has just downloader, so CD is useless. Installer is very finicky, fails with random errors, and does not even work on win7. And that "unlock code" in order to install on another computer is bad. Mandatory update before submitting my return, seriously? Especially since updater just fails and doesn't update anything. Had to reinstall again. In general: very bad experience with installing/reinstalling/updating, much worse than it was couple of years ago.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
