Reliable but using older application technology

I have bought H&R Block software for many years and have never had any problems using it. However, I think that they should upgrade their software to have a more modern user interface and installation procedure. The technology seems to be lagging industry standards for commercial software applications. It can be challenging to navigate among the many steps and it would be nice to be able to bypass some of the interview steps to get to the ones that are where you want it focus at the time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything seems to go correctly until the final check. Then there are problems identified or entries to check, but there is no explanation why there is a problem, and no explanation as to how to fix it. Very unintuitive. I'll switch to Turbo Tax next year.
