My third year using it and still don't like it but I get it cheap. Hard to navigate, text is too small and lots of hidden items. One of these days I'll go back to TurboTax if I can ever get a good price.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ease of use is always a priority for me, this software definitely is easy to use and proactively assists one in completing the forms by providing tools to import financial data verifying it for accuracy and providing links to tax information from the IRS in case one has questions
