I have been using your program since 2012 when it was called Tax Cut. I have always been able to complete my taxes in less than 2 hours even during years when I was self employed along with an additional job. Never been audited, always accurate, so easy to complete. Worksheets for certain items are fantastic. Electronic submissions are the best.

My mistake. I failed to note that Fed-State App did not include E-file for BOTH.
The packaging is somewhat misleading as it presents that it covers both.
Sorry next year I'll be looking for and using a Tax app that includes BOTH Federal and State E-filing.

I've used H&R b lock for years. This year was a little more difficult with the added no tax on tips, reduced tax on overtime and reduction in Social Security earnings but we got through it.

Been using your software for 10+ years because of it's ease of use. But this year I found the description and fields for the 1095 Marketplace insurance premium fields impossible to understand and none of your help fields made any sense.
The other problem was importing from Merrill Lynch. Besides not working it inserted addition worksheets labeled copy 1. I had to scrap the entire return and start over.
These are the first actual failures I've found over the years.
