Your software product worked very well. Once you understand the "style" of the software, it was easy to use. There is one item that confused me. My wife and I are required and need to take RMD from our tax-deferred accounts. Our investment firm sent us forms that indicated our RMD and our withdrawals. When I entered some of these numbers, our tax refund went nearly to zero. Playing around it came back, but I am still uncomfortable with this tax issue.

I have used this software for several years now and it just keeps getting worse. They have made it harder to understand and they keep trying to sell you stuff. If I wanted the state software, I would have bought it. If I needed a tax advisor, i would have hired one. It gets old.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
