I have been using H&R Block for taxes for many years and it has gotten better every year. At this point the program is incredibly easy to use. I finished my 2019 taxes in less than 2 hours and got back our biggest refund ever. I have never used any other program, but I can't imagine how any other program could be better.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

great program except for one thing. doing estimated taxes the question i chose was 100% or 110% of this year's taxes. so which is it? 100% or 110%? can't be both. don't know if the problem is irs or block.

Excellent software that is easy to follow. Suggest early warning to write down submitting code when downloading online. I discarded email after download so had trouble two months later finding it so I could file it.
Cost is fair, less than Turbo Tax, and works just as good!
