Had problems with my tax input data changing just by moving from one topic to another without changing it myself. This ruined any confidence I had in submitting to IRS. Tried online and telephone support options- both useless. Probably will never purchase software again.

I was not able to import financial data from Wells Fargo which is a pretty big financial institution. There were 2 Arizona tax forms that were not created (forms 340 and 352) although the interview questions asked for that data. Luckily, I did my own review and realized I needed them before I submitted and had an issue. The state part of the software is incorrect!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Not very happy with the software as it inserted amounts from other sections of the 1099R. For example I had input (numbers are an example only) 10,000 in a section for pensions from company ABC and 20,000 IRA withdrawal from Bank XYC. When I moved to do the State Tax section I found that my tax liability was at a level that was surprising. When I checked back in the Federal income section I found that the section for company ABC was now showing 20,000
