I have been a user for 10 plus years, and always received a notice when the new software was available. This year I had to search for it in January and found it came from a third party supplier. I was not happy but felt it was too late to turn to Turbotax.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
