Duplicate efiling charges by the system

I never had problems with the HR block software, but this year, it occurred me that I everytime I efiled I was charged twice into my used debit card for the same tax
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Caused me a weeks delay

The return warnings at the end almost cost me about $300 in taxes. I had a $700 loss that the check system questioned had me report as income. I needed three days of research to find out I was right and the program was wrong.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I've used your product for years and have always been pleased. This year I had some difficulty with the updates. I called your call center in Florida and opted for the review after the call, but your telephone review software failed. The young man who helped me between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm March 28 was outstanding - Patient, knowledgeable, courteous!

The software works reasonably well, but the help features are minimally useful. In most cases it is necessary to go to the IRS site to try to get answers to simple questions. For, example the way to file a return for a deceased person is not at all clear.
