Good software, great price

I have been using this for about 5 years now. As good as TT and cheaper. Only caveat, I e-filed federal and wanted to pay with personal check. There was no address provided to mail the check so I spent almost an hour on the IRS website finding the info. 2 demerits for that. Otherwise, no issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this software - have been using it for over 8 years. The five free e-files help my family also as I complete their taxes and send them in for free. Keep up the good word guys

Not So Good This Year

I could not update the program from the application. I had to go to the Update. I was forced to do this in the middle of filing, which resulted in my having to enter my credit card twice to pay for the State Filing. I will be checking to make sure I am not billed twice.

Disappointed that I was charged separate fee to e-file state return (MD).
Should have been included in purchase price of software.
