I have used your tax programs for 30 years and this year has not gone well at all. AI was of no help for R M D questions, IRS rejected my e-file, and I can’t resubmit my return because I must wait for the next update on 3/13/26 !
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software said no errors, all is fine. IRS rejected return due to unknown errors. Only 1099 forms.

1099R forms were a problem this year. When the Taxes were rejected the help was not very useful on the addresses. The last rejection notes were helpful.

When I first opened the program, I was a little nervous about switching from Turbo Tax, but it was pretty easy to use. It imported all my needed data from Turbo Tax. The reason for switching was that the downloaded version of Turbo Tax was no longer compatible with Windows 10.

I have been using your product for many, many years. It works well. The additional state purchases are a bit pricey. It would be nice if you could help out a bit there especially for older fixed income people that use your products.
