Could not e-file WI tax because I was unable to manage PDF995 virtual printer required that I installed as instructed.. Extremely confusing!

This was a horrible program this year and last year it would not let me electronical I file my Mississippi Texas it would not take payment for my federal taxes I have to make a separate payment this is causing me a lot of problem right now I thought I learn my lesson last year had the same problems I will never recommend this to anybody
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Didn't give me a local tax credit

I am an Indiana resident. I did some work in Cincinnati. The employer withheld income tax for my Indiana county and local tax for Cincinnati. I am supposed to get a tax credit for
the local tax I paid to Cincinnati but the software would not give it to me. It would be too much trouble to try to alleviate this problem for the $45 or less I would get from it.
But I am angry that H and R Block tax software let me down.
